Send order questions to support@shirts.fyi. Include the order number, the email used at checkout, and what went sideways.
Damaged, misprinted, or defective shirt
- Send photos of the issue and the packing slip within 30 days of receiving the order.
- If it is a production or fulfillment problem, we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
- Do not mail anything back until support confirms the next step.
Address changes and cancellations
Printed-to-order moves fast. Contact us immediately. If production has started, changes may no longer be possible. Machines do not care about regret.
