Track order
The canonical tracking page is the Shopify order status link in your confirmation email. We keep the storefront lean. The email does the heavy lifting.
Use your order email
- Open the order confirmation email from checkout.
- Use the order status link in that email for the latest Shopify tracking page.
- Tracking appears after the shirt is printed, packed, and handed to the carrier.
No tracking yet
Normal. These are printed to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before carrier transit begins.
Stuck or missing
- If tracking has not moved for a while, contact support@shirts.fyi with your order number.
- Lost-in-transit claims need to be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
