A few answers before anybody has to write an email. Civilization, technically.
When will my shirt ship?
Usually in 2–5 business days because it is printed after you order.
Can I track it?
Yes. Use the Shopify order status link in your confirmation email. Tracking appears after shipment.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email support@shirts.fyi within 30 days with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund valid production/fulfillment issues.
Can I return it because I picked the wrong size?
Printed-to-order size/color/change-of-mind returns are handled case by case. Check the size guide before ordering. Measuring beats guessing, annoyingly.
What shirt is this printed on?
Most catalog items are soft ring-spun cotton blanks such as Bella+Canvas 3001 unless a product states otherwise.
