If the shirt shows up damaged, misprinted, or wrong, that is our problem to fix. If you changed your mind after the press warmed up, we will talk about it like adults.
30-day issue guarantee
Damaged, misprinted, defective, or fulfillment error? Contact us within 30 days of receiving the order with photos. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Printed for you
Because each shirt is printed after purchase, size, color, and change-of-mind returns are handled case by case unless the business chooses to make an exception.
Before sending anything back
Contact support first. Do not mail returns to a fulfillment center without instructions. That is how shirts go to warehouse purgatory.
Lost shipments
Lost-in-transit claims must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
